Polyacetal sheet machining
Polyacetal can be processed from standard thickness sheet materials. In addition to sheets, there are also round rod materials, and machining with NC lathes is actively performed.
POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and serves as an alternative to metal parts, becoming gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers with fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It also has strong properties against solvents and low water absorption, resulting in high dimensional stability during processing, making it suitable for cutting and welding.
